Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our main concern. We provide you with name brand, top quality products and service. However, we know sometimes an item is not exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item within 7 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item or a refund of the purchase price. If you received an item as a gift, you may return it within 7 days of gift receipt. All returned items must be unused in original condition and original packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Personalized, food, or chemical items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you return an item that qualified for free or reduced shipping, any shipping savings will be deducted from the refund amount. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by phone at 1-888-545-8120. Please provide us your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. We will then issue you an RMA number that must be written on the return shipping label. Please insure and track any returned packages. Credits will be made upon receiving and examining returned items by the end of the following month that we recieve your return. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed refund, partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.


Fraudulent Chargeback Policy:

The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be “BigMarble” or “BigMarbleBasics.” If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback to cover our investigative expenses in order to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.


We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
